About VidxCut

VidxCut is a web-based media editing service that allows you to upload your own content, create projects, render outputs, and download results.

VidxCut is a processing tool. We do not publish your uploaded content or rendered outputs on our platform unless you choose to share them yourself.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use VidxCut on your own.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You may not share your account with others.

Some parts of the service may be available without creating an account, subject to the limits shown on the website at the time of use.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you upload and the outputs you create using VidxCut.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license only to the extent necessary to host, store, process, render, and return your content to you, and to operate, secure, and maintain the service.

This license ends when your content is deleted, except where limited retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or system recovery.

We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use your uploaded content or outputs to train AI or machine learning models.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any music, audio, videos, photos, images, or other content you upload or use with VidxCut. By uploading or using content, you confirm that you own it or have all rights, licenses, permissions, or other legal basis needed to use it with the service.

VidxCut is not a licensing or rights-clearance service. We do not verify ownership or licensing rights of content that users upload or use with VidxCut.

Sharing and Public Links

If you create or share a VidxCut share link, anyone with that link may be able to view or download the rendered output until the link, project, or file expires or is removed. You are responsible for where and with whom you share those links.

Copyright and Rights Complaints

If you believe content available through VidxCut infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, contact us at vidxcutstudio@gmail.com with enough information to identify the content and your rights. We may remove or disable access to content or accounts that appear to violate these Terms or applicable law.

Prohibited Use

You may not use VidxCut to:

• upload, create, or process unlawful content;
• exploit, harm, or threaten children, or create or process non-consensual intimate, hateful, violent, or exploitative content;
• infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• upload malware, malicious code, or content intended to disrupt, test, or exploit the service;
• reverse engineer, scrape, bypass limits, or otherwise misuse the service;
• remove, hide, or circumvent any watermark, access restriction, or usage limit;
• use the service for spam, abuse, harassment, fraud, or other harmful activity.

We may remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, or terminate use of the service if these Terms or applicable law are violated.

Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

VidxCut may offer free and paid plans. Current pricing, features, limits, export options, and plan details are shown on the website or checkout page at the time of purchase.

Plan limits may include upload size, clip duration, storage, render quotas, export resolution, watermarks, project limits, History retention, and available features.

Paid plans renew weekly or monthly, depending on the selected plan, until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account billing page where available. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the checkout or billing portal states otherwise.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply to the payment transaction.

Withdrawal and Refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have statutory rights regarding withdrawal and refunds under applicable law. For digital services, those rights may be lost or limited once performance has begun, where this is permitted by law and you have requested immediate access to the service.

Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Service Availability

VidxCut is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

VidxCut requires a stable internet connection to upload and process videos. Uploading and processing times may vary depending on file size, video length, device performance, server load, and the speed of your internet connection.

We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will always meet every specific expectation or use case.

Third-party platforms and services, such as social media platforms or payment providers, are governed by their own terms and policies. VidxCut does not guarantee that any third-party platform will accept, approve, monetize, or keep user content available.

Our Intellectual Property

The VidxCut name, logo, branding, watermark assets, website, software, and all related rights in the service itself belong to us or our licensors.

These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in the service or our intellectual property, except for the limited right to use VidxCut as permitted by these Terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidxCut will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of content, or loss of goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of:

• EUR 100; or
• the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using VidxCut at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, remove content, or restrict functionality if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay applicable fees, or where we are required to do so by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply and cannot be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of VidxCut after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
